How To Work From Home:

  • A general rule is ideally: sit for half an hour, stand for an hour and walk for five to ten minutes. Do this and then repeat it throughout the day.

  • Ideally, we want to be moving as much as possible and changing different positions.

  • Complete seated extension and rotation mobilizations to reduce the amount of time spent in a static seated position.
